Often go to this Dollar Tree to pick up a few odds and ends, and the service is always great. Somehow always end up being checked out by the same cashier- with short dreads and black gauges and they are always so kind to every customer. One time the person ahead of me was taking their time to count coins and the cashier showed so much empathy and patience. Thank you for all you do & for keeping things accessible!!

Does Dollar tree has changed drastically as far as customer service and cleanliness. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly, and all of the aisles were clear of clutter and everything was neatly organized. There were no boxes on the ground and there was a great selection of products including Dollar tree plus items. The manager was a gentleman and asked me if I needed help, and treated his employees respectfully. What a breath of fresh air compared to the Dollar tree on main Street

A hot mess. Nothing is ever stocked. I had an online order I had to pick up and I waited for the manager to “look for it” for like 10-15 minutes while I heard her on a personal phone call talking about her work schedule and how much money she’ll make. Never was actually looking for it. A ghetto mess.

Wow! How does this store have 4 stars?! They look like they're going out of business. Floors dirty, lights out all over, shelves empty, yet there is floor to ceiling products in boxes not only in the backroom but also on the sales floor! The District Manager needs to close this store for a month and get it back to an appropriate level before letting the public inside to see this mess. If you think I'm overreacting, take a look at the photos I took. Simply shameful 😞.

Horrible management . Tonyeta has to be one of the most disrespectful managers I've come across . Not to mention she smokes weed in the back of the store and steals from her own company . It's disgusting.

Guy at the checkout was very nice. The folks who work here always appear to be doing the best they can, so my comments about the store are not a reflection of their work. As I so often see in Dollar Tree these days though, merchandise was stacked up to the point that it was difficult to walk through the aisles and it blocked many of the items on the shelves. At the same time, there were large gaps on the shelves where there was no merchandise. Add to that the grimy windows, dusty floors and overall dinginess, and shopping here is not a pleasure. Why do you think this is? Not enough employees (thank you COVID)? Lack of oversight? Poor stock ordering? Ineffective management? Whatever the reason, it takes away from the whole ‘boy I’m getting such a deal!’ feeling.

This store went from bad to good to bad. Theres a manager who is very rude and says things she shouldn’t she needs to mind her own. The younger guys are always nice . But the place is always a huge mess and always a long line with only one cashier.
